Jaya Catering and Events Services was founded in 2014 in Siem Reap by seasoned and professional chefs, hoteliers and restaurateurs. They have a passion for food and wine service which was perfected in illustrious establishments such as Raffles Singapore and Raffles Le Royal Phnom Penh, and they bring this world-class experience to you, right here in Siem Reap.
We firmly believe that our commitment to both quality of service and staffing are the most important factors in our success. All events managers and staff have been carefully selected and trained to ensure that our clients’ needs are met to the full. Three veterans of the prestigious end of the hospitality industry, Chrek Kimpho, Chef Long Bora and Mut Vanda, founded the Company and bring their skills from such high end restaurants as Raffles Singapore.

- With more than 20 years’ experience in some of the most prestigious hotels in the world Chrek Kimpho knows how to deliver world-class events. His passion for hospitality was honed in such prestigious establishments as Raffles Hotel Le Royal where he was the Banquet Operation Manager for 7 years.Chrek Kimpho then brought his talent to top class hotels in Siem Reap such as the Angkor Century Resort & Spa where he was Food and Beverage and Catering Director for five years. He has also served as the General Manager of the Ree Hotel for eight years.
During that time he recruited top class talent for a new business venture, and Co-Founded the Asian Square Group (Asian Square Restaurant), and then Jaya Catering and Events Services with Chef Long Bora, Soeun Sornn and Bunchhy Phan.

Long Bora has been recognised as one of Cambodia’s finest chefs and is the President of the Cambodia Chef’s Association which aims to bring Khmer cuisine to the world and train Cambodia’s chefs to the highest international standards.
For more than two decades Long Bora has been working as a chef in some of the finest establishments, including seven years as the Executive Sous Chef at Raffles Le Royal. The Angkor Century Resort and Spa benefited from his culinary genius for six years as their Executive Chef, then the Ree Hotel was fortunate enough to work with Long Bora as their Executive Chef.
Long Bora, Cherk Kimpho, Soeun Sornn and Bunchhy Phan worked together for many years honing their craft and decided to go into business together. They Co-Founded the Asian Square Group, the Asian Square Restaurant & Lounge and Jaya Catering & Events Service and recruited the best talent they had worked with over their many years in hospitality.
With Long Bora overseeing the kitchens, all his chefs are trained to the highest standards to guarantee that your event will stun your guests with the mouthwatering banquets they prepare.
With more than twenty years’ experience in the hospitality industry Bunchhy Phan knows how to deliver amazing events that your guests will remember for a lifetime. His Management skills have been perfected in various hotel departments in some very prestigious establishments.
He Co-Founded Asian Square Group , the Asian Square Restaurant & Lounge and Jaya Catering & Events Service with Chef Long Bora and Events Expert Cherk Kimpho and Soeun Sornn after working together for many years.
This experienced and formidable team recruited the best talent they had worked with to ensure all their events are World Class!
Soeun Sornn has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 13 years, much of those in hotels with Long Bora and Cherk Kimpho.
He worked in the Raffles Grand Hotel D’Angkor for three years before moving to the Ree Hotel where he was the Purchasing and Cost Control Officer for three years, and 2 years at the Sokhalay Angkor Resort and Spa as their purchasing manager.
Soeun Sornn, Long Bora, Cherk Kimpho and Bunchhy Phan worked together for many years honing their craft and decided to go into business together. They Co-Founded the Asian Square Group, the Asian Square Restaurant & Lounge and Jaya Catering & Events Service and recruited the best talent they had worked with over their many years in hospitality.
Seng Ruthna also worked alongside Cherk Kimpho and Long Bora in his more than 17 years in the hospitality industry. He has also worked in some very prestigious establishments, like the Hotel Re Singapore as Senior Executive Food and Beverage for 4 years.
Back in Cambodia he worked as the Assistant Manager of the Ree Hotel for two years and six years at the Angkor Century Resort and Spa.
Six years ago his talent was recruited by Cherk Kimpho and Long Bora as their Food and Beverage Manager for Asian Square Restaurant and Jaya Catering & Events Services.
Doung Netra has been working in the hospitality industry for almost a decade. She learnt her craft and developed her skills as a Tour Operator for Travel Agencies in Siem Reap.
Her talent was recognised and she joined Asian Square Group, the Asian Square Restaurant & Lounge and Jaya Catering & Events Service as our Sales Manager five years ago.
